WELCOME TO PRESHAMEL

Preshamel Filters (Pvt) Limited was established in 1967, an era when Sri Lanka operated as a closed economy. During the formative years, the manufacturing of water filters was done predominantly by using ceramic and as time progressed, the company embraced technological advancements and commenced using stainless steel.

Over time, the company was quite successful in extending the product line through a carefully crafted strategy, which has enabled Preshamel to be a dominant force in water purification and water heating industries at present.

Our heritage of 55+ years coupled with remaining customer centric, has enabled us to secure a loyal customer base, that consists of esteemed private and government sector organizations.

By utilizing the experience gained in the industry, Preshamel has innovated inline water filter systems which could be connected to the main water line and has the capability to eliminate E.coli and coli entirely (100% - which is tested and proven) from water. Systems can be designed according to the required capacities of clients, which will enable to significantly reduce the costs incurred on water bottles. Pertinent to inline water filter systems, the company is in a state to provide bespoke solutions to cater varying requirements.

Currently Preshamel is also the market leader for 304 quality food grade stainless steel water boilers and electric kettles in the domestic market.

Being the only gazetted water filter manufacturer in Sri Lanka, the process adopted by Preshamel in providing tailor-made solutions would always commence by identifying the water qualities of the respective area.
